My standard counseling fees are:
- Free 30-minute introductory consultation
- $210 for initial assessment per 50 minute session
- $185 for individuals per 50 minute session
- $250 for individuals per 80-minute session
Please know that I’m not affiliated with any insurance companies and don’t handle insurance billing. If you need, I can provide receipts for reimbursement if you’re working with me as an out-of-network provider. You can also use your HSA, FSA, or HRA accounts for payment.
Currently, I offer telehealth and in-person sessions at my office in Hood River. For our telehealth sessions you will need a confidential and quiet place and to be physically located in Oregon or Washington during that time.
I do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are having a mental health crisis or need urgent assistance, please contact your county’s crisis line, the national crisis lifeline at 988, or go to the nearest hospital’s emergency room.
